About the project

I had the opportunity to work on a complex financial product that offers a comprehensive solution for real estate lending in Australia.

It consists of several platforms:

•Customer platform: an innovative product that enables customers to apply for a loan in just 15 minutes without any bureaucracy.
‍
•Broker platform: a platform that allows brokers to easily and efficiently manage their clients' loan applications.

•Support platform: a platform that enables the team to easily communicate with all categories of users and quickly and effectively solve and prevent problems.

•Lender platform: a platform where banks and other financial institutions can create and manage their loan offers.

•Public website: a promotional website for the product.‍‍

my contributions

As a UX/UI designer, I joined the project almost at its inception and was involved in almost all stages of the design process, including conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, as well as collaborating with developers to ensure the designs were implemented correctly.

Design System and Widget Library

One of the most impressive parts of the design process for me was creating a design system and a widget library. Over my career, I have worked with various design systems and have seen many great ones in the public domain. However, the one we created for this project is exceptional. It is intuitive, effective, and well-organized, making it stand out among others in the industry. The design system consists of several well-structured files that support six projects, with a total of 14 files in Figma.

Design Team Management

Thanks to the excellent project management, I felt empowered and learned a lot. Being in a team where every member is a decision-maker and can influence the future of the product helped me realize my expertise and grow significantly as a professional, as well as gain experience in leadership. One of my responsibilities was managing the design team from the side of our design agency, which included an illustrator, a motion designer, and a brand designer and myself.

Achievements

The website for the product recently won a Webby People's Voice Award in the Finance category, which was a significant achievement for our team. Winning this award is considered the Oscar in the design world, and it helped make our product globally recognizable while also earning a great reputation for our agency.
