Design for a mobile app for booking tours in Jordan with car rental options: a handy tool for travelers looking to explore the country.
As a UI/UX designer on this project, I collaborated with the art director at my studio. In my role, I was responsible for all stages of the design process, creating visually engaging designs and intuitive user experiences. Additionally, I communicated with customers throughout the project, ensuring their needs and expectations were met.
To design a mobile app that allows users to book tours in Jordan and rent cars for their travels. The app should have a user-friendly interface that enables users to search and compare different tour options and car rentals. It should also allow users to make payments directly through the app.

The app should provide information and recommendations for popular tourist destinations and activities, making it a comprehensive resource for travelers planning their trips to Jordan. The design should prioritize usability, ease of navigation, and an enjoyable user experience.
As part of our user research phase, we created a user persona to better identify and understand the target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviors.
A user journey map is a visual tool that helped us describe and analyze the sequence of steps that a user goes through while interacting with an app.
Firstly, we created wireframes. These wireframes allowed us to visualize the app's layout and information hierarchy, and to iterate on different design ideas and features before moving on to creating high-fidelity mockups.
On the homepage, we allowed the user to choose the date and time for a future tour. Additionally, they can select a tour based on their mood or the premium version. Photos convey the mood of the future travels.
Once the user selects a tour, they can view its description and then choose a date before proceeding to the payment page, where they can review their purchase and select a convenient payment method.
